Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour Unbleached
- 1/2 Tsp of instant yeast
- 2 Tsp salt Kosher
- 2 Tbs olive oil Extra virgin
- 1 Cup water Luke warm
- 3 Tbs water Luke warm
- 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 Cup Tomato sauce Prego
- 10 Oz Mozzarella cheese Shredded

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and yeast and mix it.
- Add olive oil
- Add water
- Add garlic powder
- Mix very well until all flour is incorporated.
- Knead the dough until not sticky anymore.
- Cover the dough with a plastic wrap and towel and let it it sit on the counter overnight or for at least 8 hours.
- Oil one 12 inch cast iron pan and flatten the dough using your hands and push it out using your fingers. Cover the pan and let it rise again for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven on 550 degrees.
- Spread a sauce of your liking I used Prego.
- Add cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
